Refunds & Exchanges

The Moonflowers do not offer refunds, however if you wish to make an exchange please contact us within 7 days to arrange your exchange. Please note exchanges are only available on full priced goods and exclude cosmetics. Any sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

All goods to be exchanged must be as new, unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

The customer will be required to cover the return postage and any import duties that may be incurred for exchanged items. Upon return, the goods will be inspected and an exchange will be processed within 7 days. 

Please do not send any exchanges until you have first contacted The Moonflowers and received confirmation.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange, and all sale purchases are final.
